We were both saddened to hear of Dorothy's death and mourn the end of a 72-year friendship. We regret not being able to attend the funeral, but Len had surgery on Thursday, which precluded him from going out. We will have a Mass said for Dorothy and send hugs and kisses to her children and grandchildren.

I just heard this evening of "Aunt Dorothy's" passing. I have fond memories of the many times our families spent time together. May her memory be eternal. Unfortunately, time and distance preclude our attending the funeral, but I will stop at my church tomorrow and light candles for the prayers I will offer for her and her family. Dorothy’s family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5: 28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out".
