Obituary of Jean Marie Spitz

Mrs. Jean Marie Spitz, 89, of Monroe Twp. passed away of short illness on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Princeton Medical Center. Before moving to Monroe Twp. she was a resident of Basking Ridge for 32 years. Jean was a homemaker and loved to care for her children. She loved to perform in little theatre, and was a monologist. Also, on her free time she loved to entertain small dinner parties. Jean was one of the founders of Somerset Hills Baptist Church. Jean is survived by her loving husband of 65 years C. Eugene Spitz. Her son Warren Spitz of Princeton, NJ, and their grandchildren Ryan, Jeffrey, and Gideon. Jean is predeceased by her son Stephen Spitz, and her brother Ernest Steinman.
