I have worked with Ken at Merrill Lynch for many years in the 1990s. It was a great pleasure to host Ken when he visited us in Singapore. We had many enjoyable moments at the workplace from across the oceans and our friendship developed to more than just a working relationship. Ken is such a nice gentleman and true professional. His passing will be sadly missed by his friends in the Far East.

Dear Jeanette:
We are so sad to learn of Ken's passing. Ever since we met you and Ken when our boys were still very young, through Little League and other town activities, Ken always was an unpretentious, magnanimous, and kind guy. Alex and Nicky were fortunate to have such a devoted Father.
Please accept our condolences and may your fond memories of Ken sustain you and your sons.
Most sincerely,
Victor and Slava Hatala

Jeanette, Alexander and Nicholas,
Although we knew Ken was dealing so bravely with cancer, we were still very sad to learn of his passing. He was a special man who was quite accomplished in his career, but more importantly we will always remember him as a kind soul who thought about others. We enjoyed only a few visits with him over the years but always looked forward to them. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you, and also to Ken's sisters and family. I know that you will cherish the fond memories you all have of times spent with him. See you Saturday. Love, Jennifer and Mark (HUGS)

I worked for Ken at Merrill Lynch in the late 1990s. I had the pleasure of traveling with him to London and Singapore. He was always good company. He was a kind, compassionate and capable professional, and I am sad to learn of his passing so young.
