Obituary of Eugene B McCabe

Eugene B. McCabe of Fanwood, New Jersey passed away on Monday, March 7, 2016. Mr. McCabe was a project manager for 22 years at Motorola. Born in Philadelphia in 1932, he was the son of the late Joseph and Margaret McCabe. Gene graduated from North East Catholic high school in Philadelphia and enlisted in the Marines. Gene is survived by his wife of 54 years and the love of his life Hazel of Fanwood, New Jersey, son Chris and wife Emma of Somerset New Jersey, daughter Jennifer and husband Christopher of Basking Ridge and by his eight grandchildren, four girls and four boys, who were a source of great pride to him. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Gallaway and Crane Funeral Home, 101 S. Finley Avenue, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920, from 10:00am – 11:00am.
