Mrs. Kendall was my fourth grade teacher from '86/'87. She was by far and away the best and memorable teacher I have ever had. I went back to visit her for years after 4th grade. My condolence's on the loss of such a great person.

I met Judy when I was superintendent at Morristown National Historical Park from 2005 to 2011. What a pleasure it was to know her and what a pleasure to have her friendship and support. Rest in Peace dear Judy.

Mrs. Kendall was my 3rd grade teacher in 1973. I've always remembered her as one of my favorites. I was saddened to hear this news.

I was in Ms. Kendall's class in 1985. She had a real knack for making learning fun. In fact, I distinctly remember one of the math projects I did in her class (creating our own connect-the-dots using Cartesian coordinates - I made a key). Now I am a mathematician. I am very grateful for those experiences in Ms. Kendall's class.

I was one of Judy's colleagues at Mt. View School. She was a delightful person with whom to work, as well as a dedicated professional. I taught instrumental music, and Judy was very supportive of the music program, unlike some classroom teachers who look upon music as a frill and an interruption of their classroom routine.
George (I knew you as "Kenny"), do you remember being in the very first Mt. View Band decades and decades ago ('69-'70 school year)?
Deepest condolences,
Jack Gill

Judy was a credit to her profession - a great teacher and a great colleague. Even though I taught in a different building, I knew her to be one who was caring and forthright.
With sympathy,
