Obituary of Mary B Mason

Mary Fidler Mason passed away Tuesday Night surrounded by family after a short illness. She was born Mary Roccagli on November 25, 1919 in Brooklyn, NY, latter moving with her parents Ralph and Anna Roccagli to Bernardsville NJ. It was in Bernardsville where she met her husband Stephen Fidler and raised their family of two boys Steven and Robert. After the death of her husband Stephen Fidler she moved to Florida where she married Charles Mason. After his death, she moved to Seaside Park NJ for the remainder of her life. She loved the shore and the beach and loved to garden. She was very active through most of her 95 years, only slowing down because of a fall about a month ago. She is survived by her two sons Steven Fidler and his Wife Ruth Fidler, Robert Fidler and his Wife Susan Fidler. Her three Grandchildren Christopher Fidler, Tarah Fidler Verib and Gregory Fidler. She also leaves behind her two sisters Lucille Elmi and Loretta Maffucci. There will be a Memorial Service on Monday March 30, 2015 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Gallaway & Crane Funeral Home 101 South Finley Ave. Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.
