Leo was a second "dad" to me. Whether celebrating a birthday at Dimaio's resturant, or having burgers on china on the back deck will be fond, loving memories.See you later dad.

It is so sorrowful to have learned of Lee’s passing. I hope that his latter years were kindly and filled with precious memories of family and friends. Having been professionally associated with Lee and Fenton for decades, I can look back and recall the successful achievements of those years. My especial condolences to Cynthia and Leo III.

It was with sadness that I read the Obituary this morning in THE STAR-LEDGER. But it brought back positive memories of a truly professional engineer and a fine gentleman. I have now been retired for 25 years from the County of Morris (Director of Community Development) but had many dealings with Lee when he served as municipal engineer for some of the municipalities. He was extremely knowledgeable and really cared about serving the towns who had hired his firm.
My sincerest condolences to the all the family members. Lee will be in my prayers. May he rest in peace.
