Sarah was a beautiful human being inside and out. I remember being in HR and she was my first friend there. We bonded over being girl moms, our love for cats, favorite shows, and birthday parties. Oh and can she bake! Her cookies were like little drops of heaven in your mouth. The parties she would throw for Maddie were out of this world. I am so blessed to call her friend.
Rest in Peace, Sarah.

Sarah was an amazing co-worker and teammate. She listened with interest and curiosity to fully understand a situation before offering an opinion. Her consideration of consequences, compassion, and consistency was a guiding light. On many occasions, her counsel prevented missteps and brought more value. I am thankful for those moments. She leaves an impression legacy. She often reminded me to balance my work and family life, reflecting how important family was to her. My condolences to her friends and family.

What a tragic loss. Sarah was such a wonderful person. We used to have so much fun when we lived in the Avenues. She was just the absolute best. I am heartbroken and I am so very sorry for this terrible loss.

This news was so difficult to take in. I admired Sarah in every way and will forever be grateful that she mentored me and gave me the opportunity to do what I love, HR. She was quiet around large groups but in small conversations she always made us laugh and shared how much Maddie meant to her and the funny things she did. Watching her grow at Verizon made me proud to know her from when she started her HR career in SLC. One of my favorite memories of her was when she was appointed manager at the SLC office and during our first team meeting she said "OK guys I am new at this manager thing so don't expect too much and be patient". We all chuckled but knew that her appointment was no mistake. Since she was new at it we would try and find ways to surprise her like on her first Bosses day when one of her friends and peers helped us reach out to Steve to find out what her favorite things were so that we could create a basket of her favorite items. In the middle we placed a nice beautiful pineapple for her. My sincere condolences to Steve, Maddie and the rest of her family. The world lost a beautiful human being ❤️.
