To our friend of over 25years Sue. You came into our lives with warmth, friendship and a powerful belief and faith all delivered with a smile. You and all the family made us so welcome going out of your way to do as much as you could for us. I remember fondly going to see you in your beautiful home, a cherished memory I will always have. We will miss your visits to Ireland. Until we meet again someday Sue.

I had the honour of knowing Sue and benefiting from her counsel and prayers. A wise and caring woman. May she rest in eternal peace.

Sue truly changed my life… she taught me at OLS and was a second mom to me throughout high school and college and beyond. She showed me the love of the Lord and taught me how to know Him personally. I will be forever grateful for Sue and her family for their love and friendship. I know the angels are rejoicing!!

I can’t even begin to share all the memories I have with Sue…..from meeting at St Francis College, working at the shore the summer after graduation, traveling on the Queen Elizabeth to Europe for a couple of months, sharing an apartment in NYC when we both started actually working, and with her when she met Dick. I was in her wedding and she in mine…..we just shared so much. She was a wonderful person…very giving and truly would listen to anyone’s problems with sage advice. She will truly be missed. God bless Dick and her entire family who were so essential in her life.

So sorry to hear Sue passed on to her Eternal Rest. May she Rest in Peace.
Sue was a true a lady, empathic, compassionate, caring, helpful and summed up in the old Irish saying “Thabharfadh an léine as a Cúl” (”She would give the shirt off her back” to help others).
She truly cherished her Leitrim roots! Sue has left me with fond memories, good Christian Values, and she inspired me on how she carried her cross with dignity!
Heartfelt sympathy to Dick, Katie, Erin, Courter, grandchildren and extended family.

Remembered so fondly for her vibrant enthusiasm! Sue was wonderful to be around and always a positive soul. She was instrumental in my college attendance and a great friend to my parents! This one hurts but of all the people I believe are in a happier place, she is in! Deepest. Condolences to all!
