Lisa meant so much to me and my entire office. Meeting her in 2003 changed my life, personally and professionally. Always demanding, that I demand, what I needed from the practice, she was loyal, exacting, and hard-working. And let's not forget her endlessly ironic sense of humor, taking the blows of life along with the joys, equally in stride. Always a good laugh, no matter what the circumstance. So glad to have seen her as much as possible over the past 4 years, even after moving to the west coast. Her honesty in our telephone calls....so inspiring. I love her, miss her and will always think of her.

My deepest sympathies to Lisa's family. She almost made doing taxes fun and she helped me for many years. I was always so grateful for her calm assistance.

I was so sorry to learn of Lisa's passing. We knew each other long ago thru Girl Scouts. She was a dedicated leader and service member. She was always present, active and engaged. I remember how she had a way of making a pointed comment with a curl of the lip that made you realize how deep her feelings went. She was dedicated to her scouts, but always, always, always to her family. My deepest condolences.

They say that cousins are often your first friends. That would certainly be the case with Lisa and I. So many Sundays were spent at our grandparents' home on Pearl Street. Lisa was always in the middle of the action, having fun, eating fritos and racing around 'down cellar' or out back with all the other cousins as we checked out the old car left in the woods. There were 11 of us and it was quite a group !! Later on, when Lisa and family had relocated to New Jersey, and my family had relocated to the Philadelphia area, we got to see each other from time to time. Sometimes, when Lisa was off for a weekend at a nearby college (where she was studying animal husbandry) she would stop by and stay for a meal, delighting in playing with our daughter, Tara. Those were fun times but, eventually, we both moved on to different locations and lost touch a bit. As we got older we would catch up, usually in Florida, at various occasions, some happy and some sad, where we would spend a few minutes together. Loved that....she was so strong, professional and caring. It was a long time from those days on Pearl Street, but she still had eyes that sparkled and a smile that lasted forever. I am honored to have called Lisa my cousin and my sweet friend. With love, Karen

My heart is broken for Paul and Lisa’s beautiful family. I am so sorry to hear about Lisa’s passing. I was one of Lisa’s childhood friends, we always seemed to get in trouble. We had many fun times riding and taking care of her horse. Lisa was a beautiful strong girl. She always knew what she wanted and was determined to achieve it. Sending love and prayers

Lisa was always a great friend in Girl Scouts and we went on to be friends after that. She was a special person that took care of everyone
