Obituary of Jacquelyn Harriott Lawson

Jacquelyn H. Lawson, 89, passed away at King James Nursing Home in Chatham, NJ on Oct. 1, 2012. Born in Morristown NJ to the late George and Margery Hinds, Jacquelyn was a lifelong resident of Madison, NJ. Mrs. Lawson was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the New Vernon Fire Company. Jacquelyn is survived by her daughter Jacquelyn Washburn, Basking Ridge, NJ and son William James Lawson, New Vernon, NJ. She is also survived by four grandchildren and her sister Margery Esposito of Whippany, NJ. She was predeceased by her husband of 67 years in 2010, Ira William Lawson, Jr. A funeral service will be held at the Gallaway and Crane Funeral Home, 101 South Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ on Friday Oct. 5 2012 at 10:00AM followed by burial in the New Vernon Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
