Obituary of Henry Lounsbury

Henry Lounsbury, Jr. 89, of Liberty Corner, NJ passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Morristown Medical Center surrounded by his family. Henry was born in Morristown and lived in Liberty Corner his entire life. He graduated from Bernard’s High School. Henry served in the Army during the Korean Conflict before following in his dad’s footsteps to become a Union Carpenter in construction. Henry is survived by his son David Lounsbury and wife Marion of Liberty Corner, NJ. He is predeceased by his daughter Linda Waldruff in 2019. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Gallaway and Crane Funeral Home, 101 S. Finley Avenue, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 from 10:00 – 12:00 pm. Funeral Service will follow at the funeral home at 12pm. Burial will be at St. Bernards Cemetery, Bernardsville, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project at www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
