Obituary of Nicola A Levine

Nicola Brandon Levine of Basking Ridge passed away quietly in her home on Monday, January 4, with her husband of 48 years, Jonathan Levine, by her side. Nikki, as she was fondly known, was born in Kingston, Jamaica on December 3, 1944 to Lloyd Brandon and Celia O'Toole. She attended St Andrews High School for girls before pursing a bachelor's degree in Art and Art History from Marymount College in Tarrytown, NY (class of '66). Nikki and Jon married in April of 1972 and relocated to Basking Ridge in 1975. Nikki spent most of her adult life as a full time mother and wife, was aggressively involved in AAUW, belonged to various book groups and loved to travel. Nikki is predeceased by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband Jon, daughter and son in law Jennifer Levine Mills and Christopher Mills (Indiana), older brother Peter Brandon (St George, Ontario), grandchildren Angela Fields, Brandon Fields, Jonathan Middendorf and Anastasia Mills and her cat, Alfie. Memorial visitation for family and friends is Friday, January 8, 2021 at Gallaway and Crane Funeral Home, 101 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ from 10:00-11:00am.
