Obituary of Dorothy Dauernheim
Dorothy Mary Dauernheim a longtime resident of Basking Ridge passed away on November 20, 2019. Dorothy attended Oak Street School and was a graduate of Bernards High school. A wake will be held at St. Marks in Basking Ridge on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at 10AM with funeral services to follow at 11 AM.
Dorothy recently celebrated her 60th wedding anniversary to Robert Dauernheim on October 17th
Dorothy was a great lover of entertaining, traveling and cheering on her kids and grandkids. She was an active member of multiple community service organizations as well as an active member of St. Marks Church for many years. All those that knew her would surly say she lived life to the fullest and surely knew how to have fun.
She is survived by her Husband Robert, her two daughters Lynda Verbeke and Libby West, son in laws Alan Verbeke and Jeff West, 5 Grandchildren Michael and his wife Adriana, Nicholas, Glenn, Madeline and Julia, a Great- Granddaughter Rosalie, beloved nieces and nephews as well as grand nieces and nephews.
