Obituary of Lynn Troianelli

Lynn Troianelli, of Basking Ridge, NJ passed away peacefully on September 13, 2019, after a long battle with cancer.

Lynn was born in Dover, NJ and earned her degree in Education at Rider University.  She became an early childhood development specialist and worked with Head Start programs and led many classes and workshops for teachers and other professionals, before retiring from Community Coordinated Child Care of Union County. Lynn and Dennis loved to travel on weekends, enjoying time with their many friends and family in the Poconos and down the Jersey shore.

Lynn is survived by her son Ryan, and grandchildren, Abby and Jacob; her brother Jeff and Maria Henderson, sister Pam and Ron Jenkins, sister-in-law Louise Grgurich; nieces and nephews, Matt Jenkins, Mariah Henderson, Marc Jenkins, John Henderson, Martha Henderson, Melina Henderson, Eleni Henderson, Carri Parzero, Renee Parzero and April Parzero; and two very special friends, Ginny Martin and Fran Gilbert. She is pre-deceased by her husband Dennis, the one true love of her life, parents Maurice and Adeline, and brother Brad.

Visitation will be held at Gallaway & Crane Funeral Home, 101 South Finley Avenue, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a funeral service from 7:30 – 8:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Lynn’s memory may be made to a cancer fighting organization of your choice or the Liberty Corner Emergency Medical Services.
