Obituary of Samuel J. Maddaluna

SAMUEL J. MADDALUNA 79, lifelong resident of Bernardsville Samuel J. Maddaluna of Bernardsville, passed away on Monday Dec. 5th after a brief illness. He was born on August 22, 1932 at the family home in Bernardsville where he resided his entire life. He worked as a machinist for Glas-Flex Inc. in Stirling for 37 years. One of Mr. Maddaluna's greatest joys was spending time with his family. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather who valued his family above everything else. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Shirley, their four children, Michael, his wife Susan and their children Christina, Michele and Mikey; Richard, and his children Rich and Amy; Sam, his wife Cheryl and their children Ryan, Briana, and Abbey; Sheryl, and her children Zachary and Laura. He was predeceased by his parents Pasquelina and Peter; four siblings Vincent, Philomena Latino, Jenny Frank, and Rose Forder. Services were held on Dec. 9th, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Bernardsville. Arrangements were made by Gallaway and Crane Funeral Home.
