Obituary of Anne M Lampert

Anne M. Lampert, known to all as Nancy, 76, of Basking Ridge, passed away at home on Tuesday June 21, 2011. A liturgy of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, June 24, 2011 at the Church of St. James, 184 South Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, at 11:00 am followed by entombment in Holy Cross Cemetery, 145 Mt Airy Rd, Basking Ridge. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family on Thursday, June 23, 2011 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Born in New York, NY Nancy was raised in Brooklyn before moving to Long Island, and then finally settling in Basking Ridge, NJ in 1971. Nancy was a retired guidance secretary from Ridge High School, Basking Ridge. She was a member of the Bonafides, St. James Church, St. James Rosary Society and of a Craft Group of close friends. As a young woman, Nancy was an accomplished Irish Step Dancer, competing and awarded many medals at Fordham University. Surviving are her husband, Bill, married 53 years, a daughter and son in law, Kathy and Ken McBrady, of Madison, NJ, a son, Paul Lampert, of Rockmart, Ga, a son and daughter in law Ken and Lisa Lampert of Winchester, MA, 7 grandchildren, Michael, Kenny Natalie, Carolyn, Patrick, Jack, and Thomas, a brother Brendan McKenna , of Merrick, NY, a sister Maureen Brown, of West Hempstead, NY and many nieces and nephews.
