Obituary of Pasquale A Moccio, Jr.

Pat Moccio Jr., age 82, of Basking Ridge, New Jersey, devoted husband of Betty W. Moccio,
passed peacefully at his home on August 10, 2017 surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on May 26, 1935 in Mount Vernon, New York to Pasquale Moccio Sr. and
Angelina Abbate. Pat graduated from Davis High School in Mount Vernon, New York in 1953.
He served in the Army from 1953-1955 and worked at Dun and Bradstreet in Berkeley Heights
for 44 years. He enjoyed sharing his love of gardening with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife Betty W. Moccio and his 3 children: son, William Moccio of Neshanic
Station, NJ, daughter, Patrice Moccio-Turner of Lititz, PA, and daughter, Barbara
Moccio-Bhacka of Bridgewater, NJ as well as daughter-in-law Leslie Moccio, son-in-laws Pat
Turner and Neville Bhacka. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren who he was so proud of and
dearly loved, Jordan and Daniel Turner, Alyssa and Samantha Bhacka, and Hannah and Sabrina
Moccio. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A mass will be celebrated on Monday, August 21, 2017 at 11:00am at Saint James Church, 184
S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920. Visitation at the church will be from 10:00-11:00am
for anyone who would like to visit with the family. For further information about services contact
