It was with a deep sadness that I read this... I have known the family since the 1980's...the kids went to school with mine and Clyde and his brothers came into Dee's for lunch when I waitress-ed there..later I was to learn that Clyde and his siblings grew up with my cousins in Newark...I am sure when I was young and stayed at my cousins one New Years eve we played in the snow the next day and a boy named Clyde was on the other 'team' in a snowball fight....so are family in one way or another has been connected to yours for a long time., We will all miss him as he was in our lives at one time or another...My heart goes out the the family and I wish I had seen this sooner so I could offered my condolences in person...I had just seen him in Shop Rite in his pink shirt...and more than likely gave him a long time friendship hug...I am sure you will all have wonderful memories because he was one of a kind...these memories will help you through this sad time and one day you will smile again as you sort through them....hugs of support to all of you..with a caring heart. .Janet Harms

My deepest condolences to the McGuire family for this tremendous loss. May the words found at Isaiah 26:19 bring you comfort in knowing that you will one day see Clyde again.
Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live. My corpses will rise up. Awake and shout joyfully, You residents in the dust! For your dew is as the dew of the morning, And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life"

Dear Lisa and Kellie and family,
My deepest condolences to each of you on the passing of your father, father in law and grandfather. I loved my cousin Clyde and will remember him always with the love and laughter he shared with all of us as he and your mom hosted the entire McGuire's Clan for our annual reunions. He carried the banner and kept it going for so many years. May God hold him in the palm of his hands. I hope he is enjoying the reunion with those who have gone before him. See you tomorrow.
With love and sympathy,
Maureen McGuire
